Have you ever suddenly been stopped by the beauty of something that you might have passed by on another day? For me these moments when the sun falls a certain way or I notice something new about a familiar scene fill me with hope that maybe I have not yet seen all the possibilities for those parts of life that I’m feeling stuck with.

Can you describe this kind of experience in art, writing or a combination of the two? Maybe a meme of a captioned photograph?

Could you record each thing that lifts your spirits today and see if you can edit your list so it flows as a poem or turn it into an art work in your favourite medium?

I’m really looking forward to finding hope from the things you’ve noticed!
