Behind Hospital Doors: Experiences in Mental Hospitals in Poems is a collection of poems that I wrote as a detained patient on acute wards, PICU’s, Low Secure  Units and a Rehab unit since 2010.   The poems describe some of the highs and lows of hospital life in a very honest way from the perspective of a patient.  It includes all the poems that were later used in my memoir Sectioned: My experiences while detained under the mental health act but also includes some later poems from my admission from December 2013- August 2014 during which the collection was published.  The collection is currently available from Amazon in paperback and on Kindle and an Audio version is in progress.
