Sectioned: My experiences while detained under the mental health act tells of my experiences during three and a half years from 2010 till 2013 when I was detained under section 3 of the mental health act 1983.  I experienced restraint and was forcibly medicated on many occasions but also found amazing support and companionship and my life changed in many ways.  This is my perspective on what happened interspersed with poems that I wrote at the time.  It is available on Amazon as a paperback and on Kindle.  An Audio version is in the pipeline
