This is the second in the series of prompts for creative projects that you might want to submit to the anthology of hope.

Today’s prompt can be used as a starting point for either a piece of writing or a piece of art for the anthology of hope.
Many of us have had the experience of packing a parcel to send to someone far away and in a difficult place. Whether they are in a hospital or prison or just too far away for us to be with them in the way we’d like we have to try and send them hope and comfort as things in a parcel.
Can you think of things that might be in that parcel? Can you describe the process of packing or receiving it? How does each person feel? Can you draw or paint the box, or even fill and photograph the box of comfort and hope you would want someone to send if you needed it?
What if you didn’t need to send physical items. What if you could include the sound of your cat purring on your chest, the feel of the wind whipping down the street or the smell of a home cooked meal? What would be in your box then? Can you draw it? What would it be like to receive?
Happy creating I can’t wait to see what you make!
